SonarPrime is a domain intelligence platform that provides analytics, filtering, and monitoring tools for expiring and deleted domain names. The Service is designed for domain investors and professionals.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data via automated means without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of SonarPrime LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of domain data. Domain availability and registration outcomes are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonarPrime LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any prepaid fees for unused subscription periods may be refunded at our discretion per our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
