1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SonarPrime, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

2. After 7 Days

After the 7-day period:

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No charges will be made after cancellation

3. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment. After 7 days, you may cancel but the remaining annual term is non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion in cases of:

  • Extended service outages caused by us
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Exceptional circumstances

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@sonarprime.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
